Shipping information

We have 95% of the items in stock. The delivery time for these products is approx. 1-5 working days. In the event of a delay, we will inform you of a new delivery date by email. Please understand that there may be deviations due to the order situation and distances to the delivery location. If you order several items, we will send them together in one delivery. This is the only way we can offer you favourable shipping costs. As we deliver from different warehouses and in this case have to collect the consignments into one, it can also happen that the delivery times differ from the shop information. In rare cases, items declared as available may be sold out or oversold and have to be reordered from the manufacturer. This can also lead to delayed delivery times.

The following delivery options are available

For collection by the customer, we only charge the packaging and handling surcharge (collection is only possible after prior payment and appointment).

Please note that we charge an additional fee of EUR 5.95 for orders accepted ON-SITE. We do not accept orders by telephone.

We onlydeliver by parcel delivery service

• Profiles and rods with a maximum length of up to 3.00 m
• all consignments weighing up to 60 kg.

• We deliverby forwarding agent
  
• Profiles and bars with an edge length of more than 3.00 - 7.00 m
• all consignments weighing more than 60 kg

• Local direct delivery
  
• We deliver all consignments within a maximum radius of 100 km around our site (postcode 48493) within 5 working days (Mon.-Fri.) by direct delivery with our own vehicles by appointment. Shipping is possible up to a maximum weight of 1,800 kg per delivery, for higher weights delivery is on request

• Express delivery only for Germany
• All consignments are only possible by prior arrangement

Please note that an additional packaging and handling surcharge will be added to the shipping costs for all orders.

For shipping to German islands we charge an additional € 20.00, for over 2m or 30kg an additional € 50.00. Shipping to German islands is unfortunately not possible. Please contact us for other countries on request.
