Stock items and fast delivery

95% of our items are in stock and therefore available quickly. Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany usually takes place within 1 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment from receipt of your payment instruction). Deliveries abroad take about 5 - 12 days.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will send the entire order in a single delivery, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time is then based on the item with the longest delivery time.

In rare cases, due to high demand, items marked as available may have to be reordered. This can also lead to delays.

If shipping is delayed, we will inform you immediately by e-mail with a new delivery date.

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to high order volumes or longer transportation routes. We ship products from different warehouses together in order to offer you favorable shipping costs. As we collect the items for this purpose, delivery times may differ from those stated in the store.

Note: There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

The following delivery options are available

For collection by the customer, we only charge the packaging and handling surcharge (collection is only possible after prior payment and appointment).

Please note that we charge an additional fee of EUR 5.95 for orders accepted ON-SITE. We do not accept telephone orders.

We onlydeliver by parcel delivery service

• Profiles and bars with a maximum length of up to 3.00 m
• all consignments weighing up to 60 kg.

• We deliverby forwarding agent
  
• Profiles and bars with an edge length of more than 3.00 - 7.00 m
• all consignments weighing more than 60 kg

• Local direct delivery
  
• We deliver all consignments within a maximum radius of 100 km around our location (zip code 48493) within 5 working days (Mon.-Fri.) by appointment by direct delivery with our own vehicles. Shipping is possible up to a maximum weight of 1,800 kg per delivery, for higher weights delivery is on request

• Express delivery only for Germany
• All consignments are only possible by prior arrangement

Please note that an additional packaging and handling surcharge will be added to the shipping costs for all orders.

For shipping to German islands we charge an additional € 20.00, for over 2m or 30kg an additional € 50.00. Shipping to German islands is unfortunately not possible. Please contact us for other countries on request.

For shipments to the EU, the following tax rates will apply from 01.07.2021, depending on the country of delivery:
