• Material: X5CrNi18-10, welded, unannealed
• Material number: V2A 1.4301 stainless
• Surface: unpolished, raw/bright
• Manufacturing process: Round, stainless structural tubes TIG or HF welded. Manufactured from sheet or strip, not heat-treated, outer seam machined.
• Standard: EN 10088, tolerance according to ISO 1127 D2/T3
• D2 = limit dimensions for the outer diameter incl. out-of-roundness: +-1 % with min. +-0.5 mm
• T3 = Limiting dimensions for the wall thickness incl. eccentricity: +-10 % with at least +/-0.2 mm
• Length tolerances:
  • For the following lengths: +-5 mm: 500 mm, 1,000 mm, 1,200 mm, 1,500 mm, 2,000 mm
  • For all other fixed lengths: +-2 mm
  • The narrowest possible length tolerance is +-1 mm, this is only possible by prior arrangement.

The sawn edges are unfinished and not deburred.

The material is very easy to weld and is particularly suitable for: railings, handrails, posts, exhaust pipes, coat rails, clothes rails, flagpoles, fence posts, barbecues, model making and much more.
